Senior Software Developer
Responsibility :
- Provide production support for all steady-state systems and applications.
- To take on Web development projects as well as manage other developers in the team to meet deadlines and ensure the work flow process.
- Responsible for project and resource scheduling, project tracking, and quality assurance.
- Overseeing the implementation of the project, you will track and control all project phases and activities.
- Able to lead and manage team for result driven & meet deadlines
- Strong Team working skills
- Can handle work under pressure and are organised
- Able to work independent to resolve problem
- Liaise with users to understand business, application and system requirements.
- Ensure that all documentation, processes and methodologies used in the various phases of system development and implementation and production.
Requirement :
Experience
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in hands-on Web development • Familiar with the various system platforms such as Linux, MS .Net, web, application and database servers etc • Self motivated to keep abreast with the latest public internet trends such as Web 2.0, SOAP, AJAX etc.
Programming and Scripting Languages
• MS Visual Studio, PHP, ASP.NET, Stored Procedures, JavaScript, Web Service • Understand SDLC processes • Strong usage experience of MSSQL 2005 and MYSQL
Skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written • Able to work in a dynamic and ever-changing industry • Able to effectively lead a team & solve problems, and cultivate team cohesiveness & teamwork
